Are you looking for development approval?
Are you looking to find a buried sewer or stormwater pipe in your property?
Are you planning to build adjacent or in the vicinity of a sewer or storm water pipe?
Here at Pipe Logistics, we specialize in locating underground pipes. All information will be provided in order for you to comply with council or town planners requirements (or whomever it may concern).
> How We Can Help
After obtaining the concerned diagram, whether it be sewer or stormwater, we then determine the best method at identifying the true location of the buried pipe. Once this has been worked out, we provide the exact location of the pipe within your property. We then measure the location of the pipe, from an existing fence line or any fixed structures on site. We provide the depth of the asset underground and also provide the CCTV Pipe Inspection of the asset, reporting on the internal condition of the pipe. Once the field work is completed on site, we will provide a detailed report for you to submit back to your local council, town planner or any other concerned parties. This will allow your proposed plans to progress forward and allow any concerned parties to determine if there is any issues or impact on the pipe/asset. Please fill out our application below for any queries or to book your job in.
