Underground Sewer & Storm water pipes are found using electronic detection.
This procedure involves running a camera or a detectable cable or Sonde down the concerned pipe and then tracing it above ground.
This enables us to pinpoint the exact location of the pipe on site, which allows local councils or whoever it may concern, to evaluate whether there is any impact on the pipe during a development or Construction/approval stage.
We provide a detailed report on the location of the pipe as well as the depth of the pipe (how far underground the pipe is buried).
The pipe size and the pipe material.
We will need a copy of any diagrams which will show an approximate location of the pipe.
